Policy

Returns must be assigned an RA (return authorization) number. Please email support@staxbelts.com with your return request, please be sure to include your order number as well as your first and last name. Once you receive your RA number via email you may ship your return back to us. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, we recommend shipping your return with a trackable service. At this time you are responsible for return shipping.

Returns must be in the same condition it was delivered - unused. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account.
